Come On In

This beautiful historical building formerly housed the dormitory for Wolverine Camps for over 50 years. We have transformed the space into a banquet facility for up to 50 guests. It also has an adjacent bunkroom that has four queen-size floor-to-ceiling bunks that will sleep up to 16. Each set of bunks has a stairway for easy access to the upper bunks. We have newly renovated, oversized bathrooms that include showers. 1902 is the perfect place to hold retreats and get-togethers. The building is also a great place for snowmobilers to stay as we are located directly across from the trail that runs from Gaylord to Mackinaw City and beyond. Our location is also perfect for river enthusiasts since we are located across from the Sturgeon River.

For summer of 2026, the property will also have 4 glamping sites with fully outfitted tents for glamorous camping overnight stays as well as bathroom accommodations, outdoor shower, hot tub, a gathering space and a coffee bar. We will also feature a beautiful pond, walking paths, hammocks in the woods, a dark sky viewing area and a beautiful bonfire seating area. If you choose to have an event on our property, you will have access to all of the features including the overnight portions.
